Requirements for the position of Prgrammer
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with the following technologies - HTML, DHTML, Coldfusion Scorpio 8, Java Script, Mach-II
Framework,
Integration of third party tools like scand dojo zapatec and a good knowledge of xml, Webservices, LDAP, SQL
Server 2005, Adobe Photoshop.
Good understanding of user experience, web page optimization & cross browser compatibility.
Familiarity with web technology trends and the evolution of the Internet.
Ability to coordinate with web designers / developers
Very strong writing & communication (especially listening) skills
Detail oriented and ability to organize and take responsibility
At least 4 years experience in web development
Requirements of the position of SEO Expert:
Bachelors degree
Fluency with several of the following software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
Familiarity with the following technologies - HTML, XML, Scripting languages, Databases, Online advertising and
mainly serach engines
Solid understanding of sales processes and negotiation strategies
Familiarity with web technology as well as trends and the evolution of the Internet
A motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills
Very strong writing & communication skills
Ability to conduct financial analysis especially pertaining to cost/benefit and budgetary issues
Extremely detail oriented and ability to research and organize
Problem-solving, innovation skills and creativity are a must
Managerial and mentoring skills are required
Should be familiar with effective objection handling
At least 2 years working on SEO implementations
